ABOUT SHOWCASE KITCHENSCompany HistoryWe have been selling quality products and services since 1979 when the company was founded by Douglas Eckdish, husband, father, and owner. Since then, Doug's wife, Colleen, joined the team, and it has been a name recognized in the town of Canton for over 30 years. Doug and Colleen's daughter, Erica, has partnered together with her parents to give the business its true family spirit.
In the last 30 years, Doug, Colleen and Erica have devoted their time, energy, and life to creating a successful, customer-oriented business. They have received numerous awards from cabinet manufacturers for excellence in annual sales and volume. Erica has become an AKBD, Associate Kitchen and Bath designer, which is a degree given to designers who must undergo a rigorous process of education and testing. Erica is also fluent and certified in 2020, a computerized design program to aid customers in visualizing their new kitchens. Showcase Kitchens is part of the National Kitchen and Bath Association, one of the most renowned groups in the industry. In the future, we look forward to the new technology offered to better our business and help us keep growing. What We DoBeing a family owned business allows us to better understand our customers needs and concerns. We know that your time is dedicated to your family, and that is why we help to coordinate your project from start to finish. If your son has a soccer game at 3:00 and your daughter has a piano lesson at 4:00, we can meet around your schedule, not ours.

When you come into our showroom or call, you are always greeted and taken care of by Doug, Colleen, Erica or Laura. Never will you see an unfamiliar face or hear an unfamiliar voice on the phone. If you are standing at the appliance store and are not sure which microwave to purchase, you can simply call us. The three of us will be familiar enough with your job, since we all look over the plans and give our input. That way, if Colleen is not here, Doug or Erica can usually answer the question, and vice versa.
