Erica Caserta, president and owner, and her team of designers at Showcase Kitchens bring over 50 years of combined kitchen and bathroom design experience and have received numerous awards, including being named “Best of Houzz” for several consecutive years starting in 2013, while building a successful, customer-oriented business dedicated to delivering a thoughtful and personalized design and remodeling experience from start to finish.
Showcase Kitchens features a beautiful showroom in Canton, Connecticut, where you can explore a wide range of products, including stunning cabinetry displays, along with countertop samples, hardware, sinks, faucets, and more.
As a proud member of the National Kitchen and Bath Association, one of the most respected organizations in the industry, the team is committed to professional excellence and high design standards. The showroom provides the perfect opportunity to physically see and feel materials, compare selections, and move forward with confidence knowing you love every detail of your investment. Erica Caserta, AKBD
Erica is the joint owner of Showcase Kitchens and an integral part of the design team. She is an Associate Kitchen and Bath Designer, which is a degree given to designers who must undergo a rigorous process of education and testing by the NKBA.

Erica has been working alongside her mother and father, Doug and Colleen Eckdish, for the last 15 years. She has a business degree from Bentley University in Waltham, Mass. Since graduating from college, she joined her parents' team and has been thriving in the kitchen and bath industry.
Erica's team now consists of 2 other designers with creative backgrounds and experience. Erica has two young children and resides in Canton, where she went to high school.

Marisa Santo Domingo
Marisa is a design professional with formal training in both graphic and interior design. She holds a degree from the University of Vermont and has completed coursework at the Boston Architectural College.
As Showroom Manager at Showcase Kitchens, she oversees the presentation of the showroom, supports staff with administrative and operational needs, and guides clients as they begin their kitchen and bath renovation journeys.
Drawing on experience in interior design, architecture, real estate staging, and marketing, Marisa helps clients clarify their vision and move confidently from inspiration to execution.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, she brings a refined eye for design and a thoughtful, results-driven approach to every project.

Vincent J. Gaurino, CKD,CBD
Vincent Guarino boasts over 20 years of kitchen and bath design experience in this area. He has been certified as a designer by the National Kitchen and Bath Association.

He can "wow" customers with his new, fresh ideas, product knowledge, and computer design capabilities. Vincent was recently asked to judge a national kitchen and bath design competition by the National Kitchen and Bath Association.
​
He was one of only eight judges chosen throughout the country and Canada. Vincent is fluent in AutoCad and 2020 Design, a computerized design program to aid customers in visualizing their new space.

Susan Kochanski
Susan Kochanski is an award-winning designer featured in Country Living Magazine as well as Regional, Local, and Trade Publications. She has been an NKBA-certified Kitchen Designer since 1990.
​
She specializes in unique designs tailored to meet the needs of each client and places great emphasis on customer service. She feels that each client needs time and attention to get the project just right, no matter how large or small.
​
Susan has the patience to listen and works with clients to discuss all aspects of creating, remodeling, or updating the kitchen and bathroom in their home. Designing specifically with functionality and aesthetics to meet the needs of individual clients; paying attention to detail, the ability to come up with new ways of doing things, and knowing building and construction.
​
She can visualize from the very beginning what the project will become upon completion, whether it be a remodel or new construction. She enjoys taking time to get to know each client to create a design that will best complement each client's tastes and goals for the overall practicality of their space.
​
Susan has donated her time to the Southwick Rotary Club as well as to the Southwick Cultural Council. When not creating beautiful kitchen and bath designs, she enjoys music venues, gardening, baking, and long walks with her dog Lucky and husband Den.
